| Let's Party in Jonesboro June 20th

I will be hosting a party at the Eagle's Club on airport road in Jonesboro on June 20. This will NOT be a private party, but we will have a designated area for our members and guests, along with our own bar. There will be a $5 cover charge which will be paid directly to the club. All drinks must be purchased at the bar, and a menu will be available for those who want something to eat during the night. This is a private club, therefore, you must be 21 to attend. The club will provide a DJ, there will be no karaoke. The address for the club is 305 N Airport Rd. If coming from Memphis, take Stadium Blvd exit, turn right. Follow Stadium to Nettleton, turn right. Follow Nettleton to Airport Rd, turn left. Eagles is the 2nd club on left after crossing the railroad tracks by the airport. The event will be co-hosted by ladybug9520. There are numerous hotels in Jonesboro for those interested in staying overnight. Here are a few suggestions:

Econo Lodge 932-9339
Baymont Inn 802-2200
Motel 6 932-1050
Park Place Inn 930-9800
There are numerous other hotels such as the Holiday Inn, Comfort Inns and Suites, Hampton Inn, etc....all the major chains are represented in Jonesboro. Most are either on the bypass (hwy. 63) or on Caraway Rd.

We have discussed with them about the party, even looked into renting it for a private party, so there shouldn't be any problem with someone getting in. They are trying to rebuild the business after getting their problems worked out. | |

Glad that you asked that question about the Eagles yes they have reopened under new mangers in hopes that the people will come back and enjoy a good fun night with friends. I am hoping to have a vehicle by this date, but if not you all heading out of Memphis will see me standing on the side of the freeway, pants leg pulled up and thumb sticking out!!!! Gosh, I hope there are some good samatains out there!
