The Triangle choke? Its good when its pulled off, but like the other fella said, if you get picked up and slammed you can get knocked out yourself. Anyway, i hate seeing it turn into a wrestling match and prefere seeing more striking. Think thats why i like K1 a little bit better....

True, but very rare. A proper triangle choke will have you out in seconds - just like in the vid. Check the vid in the post above yours - Coleman tries to slam Nog, and gets armbarred. Love that #8, too. Frank Mir FTW!
