This is generally true, but I get the sense that OP wants to know shortcuts, not how to prolong him. Lol. I lasted about 8 seconds, first time with my last lover. She was gooooooood! Lol. I'm not sure I *get* this question. You want to keep the guy from lasting so long? That's how it sounds - almost like the opposite of your original question.
There's nothing that will keep me from going the distance. As someone else has posted, it's come with age / experience(s) that I hold out until she is completely satisfied before I just release. Usually the point where a woman has gotten to that point where she's ready to yell or is yelling - - > "would you just finish already?!?!?" LOL - or - "Cum baby - just cum - give it to me" - - That usually means she's satisfied, and ready to finish too. I have a favorite position I tend to finish in (doggy style - LOVE it!!) That's the icing on the cake (well that's gonna be the icing on HER "cake" ) ---Oh I'm so NASTY - -- SSSSNAP!!
In fact, I really don't recall ever having that instant ejaculation problem. I've never been a 2 - 5 minute man!! Not boasting or bragging either - just never happened that way. Generally, if you have a lot of sex, you don't have problems with premature ejaculation. The long-term answer is to have lots of sex.
EDIT: Sounds like you don't want the longer-lasting kind, though, OP. That really shouldn't be a problem if you tell the guy you want him to finish. Easy answer to that! | |

Posted: 5/7/2009 9:09:28 AM | ^^^^ I've noted this lately myself - been doing LOTS of cardio exercise - dropped like 3 pants sizes too!! I'm getting easier wood now, but it's a totally different thing finishing (even if it's been just myself) Been eating things with capsacin in them too (like chili peppers / jalapenos) which also improve blood circulation. I had to majorly change my diet too though - I was just eating real badly. Actually not eating enough to keep my metabolism going. Then eating one HUGE meal at night - not good at all.
Too much sugar, etc., etc. I was working out like crazy for 3 months not losing anything until I started eating better and cut out all the sugar. Then it just started melting away. Major improvement in energy level - It's almost like I can even "think" better. Cutting out the sugar helped that I believe. I was always in a constant state of *crash* from it all day long with coffee.
I think I want to stay in shape like this now. I'm liking the over-all results. I wasn't this full of "pep" (even down there) a few months ago. I guess something good has resulted from being laid-off and having nothing else to do but change my diet putz around my apartment and work out a lot

As I mention, if I am totally focussed on her, its really not distracting at all. There are other distractions such as TV, noise outside the bedroom, or when you are trying and trying and can't make the lady cum. That can be both frustrating and destracting as well.
The only problem sometimes, is one hold's back too long, then ejacualation can be a problem to attain. The erection is there but no ejaculation. Then it becomes frustrating for man as well as the lady. The best is when you are both on the same page. | |
