I was just curious about what women want...not nescessarily in a man but a date or series of time spent with the woman...Would they like to go do something outdoors or would fine dining be appropriate? Would formal dress be a change of pace? or is it too cliche?I think versitility would be good but I was just wondering how any of you felt about?

women prefer men to be themselves....first date a walk in the park is great...maybe lunch somewhere casual. Dont try too hard or think you have to out do the last guy...just be yourself and if she is really into you that will out do any guy. Just my 2 cents Lori~

try to get a good idea of the things she interested in or things shes done before.....If she likes roller coasters and has never been to a specific park....then thats a good place to start...................... If she like to try different cusine then try that on a date. Research................ Plan......... Execute Have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Execute Good words...pput a little work into it i suppose...ive been screwed over a lot so the last thing i really want to do is put a buncha work into a woman have almost no chance of going out with a second time I appriciate both of your comments it makes me believe there are real people out there who dont think im stupid for askin these questions

be you. dress how you always do... but don't wear the worst pair of jeans and such... dress you in a casual way, but make sure youre just "cleaned up". shaved or trimmed facial hair depending if you have any*, clean hair, clean smelling... etc..

What day is it? What mood am I in? How much clean laundry do I have ready? Is there a slight wind blowing? Those things change the outcome quite a bit.

Different women like different things. I would never want to do fine dining on a first date. I think that would be awkward. Dress fancy? Open doors? Eat stuffy food? Behave politely and snotty? Ick! I'd prefer the first date to be enjoyable and fun! Something casual, not pricey. Something that will relax you and relax her as well.
