Also I have noticed several times points have been deducted and I have not sent anyone a "gift".... So what gives?   | |

Today, again, same thing... 6010...
It was bad enough when they changed over to those darn paper flowers and took all our points,(almost 10,000) But now they plain just don't give them period. | |

Posted: 5/22/2009 9:52:25 AM | Hi, I upgraded to Serious User to get unlimited points and theme backgounds, but I can't get the theme backgrounds. It says unlimited points at the mail site but I cannot seem to get the background themes to activate. I wrote 2 emails and have heard nothing. Can someone give me a hint?

Once the Upgrade feature was introduced, points were capped for non upgrade members and unlimited for Upgraded profiles.
