Also.... here is some interesting info you may want to pass along.... this weekend there is a get together at Kelso/Milton. (I'm not too familiar with this site so perhaps you can spread the word) Go to www.ouflirt.com Sounds like a fun time. | |

OK.. so I guess its up to me to organize this? LOL!! I really wasn't sure how many responses I would get for this... if its more than 5 than I think its worth it... SO....
I'm thinking the weekend of July 29th we can do something.. either we can meet somewhere (that might be best) OR I can have people at my house (not so great.. but I would).
so, all do you want me to pick somewhere? Im thinking something very casual...
thoughts/ideas ? let me know.. I will come up with the final destination after I hear a few of your responses..

29th is the long weekend......and probably not a good one ......I'd rather be on another planet than be in Mississauga on a long weekend
Having said all that.....why hasn't anybody come up with a spot ?
The patio at Casa Medosa .....Lakeshore West at Parklawn..... just of the Gardiner
I know.....its Etobicoke.......but Mississauga is such a cultural wasteland

Somone there suggested Heart Lake conservation area-
Heart lake is only about 20 min. away by Hwy. Another good one is Bronte Park on the Burlington border- about 30 min by hwy.
Not sure of a good park setting in Miss. for night time. But if you want to go until around dusk- the Terry Fox Community Center on Mississauga Valley Blvd ( Near Sq 1) is pretty good.
Picnic tables, tennis courts, basketball, soccer, baseball. And bbq pits.
I'll help as much as I am able too.
Let's pick a place and set the date. | |
