...I just ordered the chair and three DVD's, am anxiously waiting for them to be delivered! I have about 20 - 30 pounds to knock off and need to stretch and flex a lot! I am walking for cardio, eat pretty well (except lately with the excuse of being out of control until the pilates chair gets here ).
Any help, hints, etc would be appreciated!...
The only thing I can offer is no amount of exercise will make up for a poor diet so be careful of falling into the trap that you can work it off.
Permanent weight loss is a lifestyle change and do not wait for a package to arrive in the mail to start yourself on that path.
You loose weight in the kitchen. (eat to live not for pleasure)
Exercise is to get healthy. (it does help with weight loss when you are above your bodies optimal weight.)
Treat your body like a sports car. Only put in premium fuel and drive it like you stole it.
