I had a few messages exchanged with someone this morning, and didn't open a message from them before leaving the site. When I came back and logged in again it showed 1 unread message, but when I clicked on the inbox ALL the messages from this person are gone. I'm not so much worried about what that final message said, but how do I clear the notice saying I have one? I've cleared my cookies and logged out and back in again and it's still there... And.. normally when someone deletes themself from the forums, it leaves all the correspondence behind, just no user name. Does that mean this person was deleted by admins?

Ok.. actually the message has cleared now. The person who sent me the messages this morning has messaged me again asking where his account went... so I'm guessing it's an admin/mod thing that happened this morning...???

Deleted by means other than the user themselves, indicates that they were deleted either by Admin or the System, and either way, due to a breach of the Acceptable Use and Posting Rules OR the Terms of Service/User Agreement.
