| Soccer/Football teams Posted: 6/14/2009 8:59:04 AM | England- Chelsea

USA- New England Revolutions or Toronto FC
|
| Soccer/Football teams Posted: 6/15/2009 6:58:14 AM | CK1708, the Americans call their game football because it's a spinoff or evolution of Rugby football. The Europeans eventually dropped football from the game and called it rugby, Americans dropped rugby from the game and called it football. I can't say I watch much European soccer/football, the availability isn't easy, but I'm routing for the Toronto FC in MSL. | |

...you have to first understand the system of american advertising!.....NFL football is a game of burst athleticism, whereby a good deal of suspense is generated from 1 play to the next...you then have gaps and breaks between plays and that is when commercial advertisers, get air time......... at a heavy premium.

| Soccer/Football teams Posted: 7/2/2009 3:16:45 AM | Club ; Arsenal here, Arsene is fantastic. Any other manager in the world like him? I don't think so kthxbai.
Players ; Gerrard, CR7, Lampard, David James, Beckham and Cesc Fabregas!
P.S I love that Fifa contradict themselves by saying about English clubs spending too much etc - what about Real madrid? spending 180 million is okay? then Sepp Blatter says its 'healthy' for football, lol.
