4. Stds and infections can cause a smell-im assuming certain medications can throw the natural balance of womans body off as well

I briefly dated someone with a similar issue, about 10 years ago. Her problematic scent lasted about 3 days post menstral. At first, she'd thought it was a possible yeast infection (which can, but not always, cause that scent). The three times we attempted to have sex, I, too, couldn't stay up as the odor was unbearable.
What to do about it???
1. Try not be so uncaring when you do smell it. (Today's hamburger could be tomorrow's steak tartar.) Nobody's perfect, but somethings are just unexpected. Communicate, but don't denegrate.
2. If you two are really into each other, ask her if you can be a help to her in dealing with it. (Yes, I'm serious!)
And 3.....
Even though I have no issue with the details persaud, try to cut to the chase next time.
