The happiest moment of my life was when my now ex bf and I spent our 10month anniversary at Disney! We had fun all day & then kissed under the fireworks! Now a girl that he has been talking to for a like 5 days has asked him to go to Disney with her as a first date! God it just KILLS me that the happiest moment of my life is now going to be HER first date!

Stop talking to your exBF, stop snooping about in his life, stop looking at his FB or MS account, don't allow mutual friends to tell you anything about him....none of it is helping you to move on and discover more "happiest moments".

Hey sweetie. First dates can be totally awkward, and weird, and sometimes no fun at all. It was YOUR happy moment. Try not to let a stranger ruin it for you, or let you remember it as anything else besides fantastic. She might go on a ride and puke all over him. Either way, she wasn't there when you and your ex went, so don't let her wander into that memory, ok?

Do not be friends with your ex, you are not letting yourself heal. Stop tormenting yourself thinking about someone who moved on with his life.
