Typical over done US drama.
When I first saw the trailer, that's kinda what I was anticipating. I haven't seen the movie yet, but for the life of me I couldn't figure out why anybody in their right mind would try to fly a plane through falling debris of an earthquake (y'know, close to the earth) when they could fly up and out of harm's way. I mean c'mon man! That just seems a little too stupid to me. Even Twister with it's fence posts being sucked out of the ground right beside two human beings who can somehow continue to run away from this powerful force with their special extra gravity boots seems more believable after that.
