So far my profile has been good for a few laughs or hate mail, which was really my intention anyway. I didn't really expect much out of this site for someone like me. But once in a while I think WTF, some of these girls are actually my type.

Question is, without me altering it, is there anything actually appealing enough about my profile that women would cut through the BS and still make a serious attempt at communication with me?

I liked it. You would probably have to do the heavy lifting and send messages out yourself, but it shouldn't stop you from getting dates.

I viewed your profile only to see if I might help you out.
Without altering it, NO I don't see that you will really be taken serious. WHY?
You clearly say that you are not really looking for a companion.
A lot of what you say, although maybe the truth, is humorous,and whitty,and somwhat attractive, and would be to others. Go back to my first comment, are you really wanting anyone to replie? That name also is a bit questionable.
Sorry sometimes the truth is not really what we want to hear. Best of luck

I got a chuckle out of it and I don't see why a woman with the same sense of humor wouldn't contact you just for fun. I'm not sure about being made a favorite - not enough material to go back to and read for repeat laughs. That's why I make some profiles favorites. By the way, your likkle gyal is adorable!
