Posted: 6/23/2009 12:22:28 PM | so i have been on this site for a while now. and so have a few of my friends they all have met some one from here i have not. i see women who's profile seams makes them sound like a cool person i would like to. so i send them a message and NOTHING EVEN HAPPENS WTF MAN. really im a nice guy not here for sex just to meet some one nice and what not. am i like ugly or something. some one help a good guy out.  | |

So just relax. My only suggestion around be take more pics smiling and don't look pissed off or too serious. The mohawk pic has got to go.
And... open up MS Word, and compose your profile. Take your time. Read it over a few times. Tweak it, add to it. Make your essay say "this is me, and this is who I am looking for" in less than 1000 words if possible.
So, today we learned:
1. PATIENCE!
2. Pics!
3. Profile!

If you have failure after that there must be something that is being done to not attract the woman. Not everyone will like you but if a ton don't something is wrong. Take a look at what you are saying and analyze it. Look at what is written and how you are making yourself sound. Are you writing as if you are needy and lacking confidence, or are you writing as if you are a well accomplished man with someone to offer. Looks only matter so much, despite what people say. Psychological studies will really beg to differ with that. As a psychology student and being big into human relationships I agree with this. | |

Posted: 7/25/2009 8:40:42 PM | First, I would say update the pics. A nice smiling head shot would be a good bet for your main pic.
Next, I would ask what are you saying in your initial email? Do you just say "I like your profile" or do you make a specific comment about their profile and ask some questions to get the conversation going? We would need more information about what is being said to them to figure out why they aren't responding.
I hope this gives you some information, and if you have more information to share with us, we might be able to locate the problem better for you. | |

I would say to not take so much to heart nor to take anything personally. Unless we're George Clooney and/or a smooth conversationalist generally for every one woman that would be interested in you, there's going to be twenty that won't be.
Approach this place with a light heart and attitude and allow things to work their course. | |
