the "about me" is quite general and sounds like m a n y other profiles.
To begin with, break up the paragraph. Going on to another thought, even if it is just a one sentence thought, should get put on next line. Makes easier reading.
Definitely do that.
Now expand a bit to get out of the "just another same profile" syndrome. | |

Like the other poster said, break up the paragraph a bit, talk about your other interests, music, hopes for the future ?
You have a couple of fav's on your profile, are you contacting women or waiting for them to come to you ? | |

Posted: 6/28/2009 5:40:08 AM | P.s. I'd chage your main picture to the recent head shot of yourself...nice eyes you're more likely to get "clicked on" by girls when they see your face like that in the bar that appears at the top of the page when they log on.
Do you check out who's viewing you ? if there aren't many then this could be the reason. | |

Online dating is all about the pics. You are hiding your good looks with some average photos. I've seen men here that aren't half as good looking as you be more successful.
Take straight on pics of your face with an engaging smile. It is a consensus here amongst woman that they prefer to see a man with a smile.
Build up the interest section. Think and put more options there. Woman will often contact a man because a listed interest will provide her an opportunity to open a conversation about sharing that interest or asking a question about it.
I get a lot of mail about common interests . Add some more girly stuff to do!
In the First Date orAbout Me: Try a little humor. I will always stay looking a little longer if something on the page makes me smile.. if I laugh out loud I always contact the person.

Interests: fishing, snorkiling, camping - Expand the interests to include some that women might be interested in.
Expand your "About me" section. Give us more detail. What movies do you like to watch? What mucic do you like to listen to? Do you ever go to cencerts? Where do you like to travel? What do you like to do when you get there?
Write a paragraph about the woman you'd like to meet.
Break up your text into logically organized paragraphs and capitalize the word "I". | |

~ when its cold I don't mind snugglin' up on the couch and watching a dvd

I edited your profile with punctuation, made into lists and used the "enter" key (it is your friend on your keyboard, please use it).
All your "likes", add them to your interests (since some may search based on what you may have listed as an interest). Don't be too serious listing, I've had comments about my "napping" interest  .
You say you like to laugh, try to expand on it. Illustrate what makes you laugh. I recommend you read through some of the guy profiles on the forums (Ask a Girl -- guys troll in there and some have really funny profiles).

What the others said about pics. Take a good close up of your face and smile naturally. We like smiling guys....frowns are fun (you may get emails of why aren't you smiling? :))
