Your profession says Chef (kind of) I reccommend you put Restuarant Kitchen Manager..that's pretty much what you are. Or just put Chef and you can explain if someone ask.

why are Tend, Polite and Rarely capitalized?? you really don't need to put that your rarely ever late. Maybe in your headline instead of "That dog has a puffy tail" you could put "polite guy looking for friends" or something along those lines.
