Posted: 7/1/2009 8:08:04 AM | Some of the girls I sent messages to who have not bothered getting back to me have stated on their profiles things like for example - " doesnt matter how random or obscene the message is, I'll still reply".. I never send messages with silly random things and I certainly never say anything obscene so I wonder what other users think of these saps that put dishonest stuff like that on their profiles. I sent two or three of them a second message confronting them about their dishonest profile and one got very snotty with me. However there was one of them I noticed who actually edited her profile after I pulled her up over it.. Ah well, the joys of stumbling across soooooooooo many fecking fools here. God I need the patience of a saint.

Posted: 7/2/2009 4:49:00 AM | Yeah, Ive got one-liner messages like that but I still reply to them, but I only reply to them to tell them that its not a good first impression to send one liners like that and that they'd need to do better then that. Its nice to give informal advise and its nice to be nice.

I like to put a fair bit of thought and intelligence into the messages I send to people, but on the rare occasion I receive one, they tend to be really short, and barely say anything.
The women are just as guilty of this as the men, mind you. =P | |

Complaining about not getting a reply is astonishingly unattractive and appallingly needy.
Not nearly as much as picking apart everything that people say in a vain attempt to look intellectually superior does.

Posted: 7/3/2009 7:29:24 PM | I sat on a park bench in Rome one day and watched with great interest two local lads hitting on girl after girl after girl. It took them about an hour and a half but eventually they managed to convince two girls to spend some time with them.
I guess the moral of the tale is ‘if at first you don’t succeed, try, try, try again………………………’
