Posted: 7/1/2009 8:49:25 AM | Bit confused here. Where I come from we're not too bright but sending unauthorised explict messages = sexual harrasment, and a lynch mob of police, angry fathers, brothers and dogs.

Posted: 7/1/2009 8:55:00 AM | Harassment is "pressing and persistent" meaning that one message won't get you a harassment charge. Two or more? That'll do it.
Doing it online is less pressing, though, since it isn't as though it REALLY affects your life (unless it's on FB or via email resulting in libel) beyond being annoying. I mean, you can block a user that is bugging you without too many issues.

And it's sad that I go through so many potentially great guys due to them not being able to NOT bring sex into a conversation early on. I don't care how gorgeous they are...they're gone.
The other day I got called a whore for not getting on webcam...and then another guy who I began to message asked if i wanted to have a webcam sex party and have him and his friend watch. I told him to go fu ck his friend on cam for someone else. LOL. Then blocked of course. | |

It is actually sad if you watch behavior patterns of some of these people. Then they have on thier profiles what great guys they are and they just do not understand why they are alone...why these men do not just go to the "intimate encounters" section, or join a sex site..gets me. Last night, I had one guy tell me "thank you for being honest. I dont go to intimate encounters because I dont want diseases i thought i would give you a try". | |

To tell you the truth, I'm used to receiving explicit emails. It doesn't necessarily bother me.

However the one big huge pet peeve I have is married people looking for side fun and when I get an email from them, I go into instant b1tch mode and the reply is usually not very nice at all. Then it's followed up with a block/delete. Outside of that, I just don't pay a lot of attention to them. | |
