If you've had a date in your first month, you're doing well! Really!
But - you could be doing better. Your main photo should be a big smile, preferably outdoors. You have 3 photos which look virtually the same. Delete 2 and replace them with at least 2 outdoor shots. The mui thay stance photos are cool. You can even get away with a shirtless photo here because it's in context, but don't let it happen again.
The profile body is .. ok... but could use some tweaks. May I?

...Well I work in a prison and I'm happy with life as a Prison officer, i suppose it makes me a man in uniform ;), you decide if thats a good looking one or just a git with a shirt!! LOL! Cute. Delete the word "well" at the beginning, capitalize the i.
I do a lot of martial arts and contact sports (Mainly, Muay Thai just now)this also means i spend some time in the gym. Can you teach me the one-inch death blow? OK, maybe on the SECOND date....
But i spend my spare, spare time on the old xbox but id happily drop it for better things to do ... any suggestions? ;)!! haha!! This would have worked if you didn't make it dirty.
I have my chilled out side on most of the time, when im not fighting (in a ring ofcourse haha). I love rock music or more particularly, METAL! i play a bit of Bass guitar and can be quite good when in practice :p Here is the perfect place to ask if your viewer can play any instruments. Tambourine, even??
i love all sorts of fancy foods but im a huge fan of asian culture and cuisine, particularly the japaneese food. Id love to visit a few of the asian countries at some point. Excellent! Again, the perfect place to ask your viewer "Ever tried (specific sushi/sashimi?) It's not as scary as it sounds!"

but i did change the errors at teh start and removed the cheekyness of the xbox thing
