Just hoping someone can take a look at my profile. I know it's kinda long and there is some stuff I could probably take out. And yeah I need more pictures. Anyway just curious what kind of tone it has and whether I come off as arrogant.

The profile is fine - I expect it represents you quite honestly. The photo, however, does not. If I were a potential date, I wouldn't want to see you in a photo with a girl. The female mind will ask "is that an ex? is that someone he hangs out with and wants to date him? why isn't he dating her? " click. next....
Which leads me to the issue of having female friends. In general, not a big deal, but putting it out there right now implies defensiveness like we SHOULD be concerned. I would expect that could come out in conversation. "Me and my friend Tiffany were out drinking the other night..... " OH yeah, sounds MUCH better.... You're on your own with this one! 
Otherwise - you write well and seem to be a pretty interesting guy. Good luck!
