1) Self-taken pictures are generally considered to be "not good". The general school of thought is a pic that shows your face and little else, siling.
You may see me on a quad, but that doesn't mean I'm a redneck that drinks Budweiser.
2) I'd delete that. If you're worried about looking like a "redneck", remove the pic. If you want to keep the pic to illustrate something you enjoy, let it speak for itself. Generally, avoid anything that smacks of negativity.
Also, the pic with your friend Anya hugging you from behind... I think you may want to remove it as well. See if any women comment, but I have a feeling the instantaneous reaction to the picture is negative, not positive, and reading the caption after the fact won't make the initial impression go away.
