Unless you have a tongue as long as a giraffe, and plan to break thru the cervical "plug", your tongue is going nowhere near the babys head. Why are guys so afraid of sex during a pregnancy? It really feels good, but you have to do it doggy style, and if it is third trimester, you get to try the breast milk. I know some guys are going to say that it is gross, but I thought the breast milk tasted sweet.
