KeithA1960 will be your host and encourages you all to come whether an old hand at these events or if it is your first one we want you to have a great time and make new friends and great memories.

There are two motels within a few yards of the event and are easily walked to for those who want to stay the night and information will be posted with their information soon.

Take I-26 East To Exit 40(Airport Rd/Asheville Airport Exit)
Take A Left Off Of Exit Ramp, Go Through 2 Red Lights.
After The 2nd Red Light There Will Be An Arby's On Your Right, Take A Right Onto Bryan Blvd (The Road Is In Between The 2 Gas Stations/Arby's)

Posted: 7/2/2009 8:16:41 PM | Looking forward to Cohosting with You and Cathy Keith!Cant Wait this is going to be Awesome!Cant wait to see Everyone again!!And for those who are New and not sure if you wanna come and have never been to a POF Event,I assure you you will have a Great time and even if you dont meet someone Everyone is always very nice as well as friendly and no time to be alone!!To much fun to be had!!  and fishing to do So dont run join us and everyone is invited for whats going to be a Awesome Night of Fun,Talking,Dancing and much more! Heck last one in Maggie Valley that Spritefire Hosted alot of us were out by the Pool talking and having a great time and oh my laughing so hard at times and till 4 am lol!!!Was unreal!!And besides myself most hadnt laughed so much in along time so see Come and get out and join us cause you may just miss meeting that Special Someone if you dont  and even if you dont meet someone I can promise you will make lifelong friends..Get out of the house and lets all have some great clean fun!!

Thanks for pulling this event together Keith.....and I'm happy to be one of your co-hosts along with Laurie.
Just a note here......Keith, Laurie and I didn't even know one another til this past event that was held in Maggie Valley......but we left as friends.....and as you can see....we're ready to do it again
These events are held as a way for all of us to get together in person....in a safe, friendly, fun atmosphere to just relax, let go, and have a great time..... and hopefully meet that "special" someone. But even if that doesn't happen....just as its been said before......you'll walk away having met some wonderful, new friends.....and glad that you came out and involved yourself.

One has agreed to a block of rooms, She will have info posted Monday. I am going to Chasers tonight and listen to the band and hang out a little while and finalize plans for the 15th of August. Not sure how long it takes to get the page moved to the Events page but I will keep information up to date here until then. I look forward to seeing friends I have already met and also meeting people I have not met before and having a good time!  See you all soon! | |

Posted: 7/4/2009 9:58:56 PM | I went tonight to check Chasers out and the staff is awesome and the band is really great too. They play a good mix of country, rock, slow dances, fast dances and in between sets the DJ does a great job. It is going to be a night of fun and partying! There is plenty of room to dance and if you sit in the back you can actually hear each other to talk. The locals I met tonight are real nice also. And the lady at the front desk said she is really looking forward to it as she is single!  This should be a night to remember and I look forward to seeing anyone who wants to come to the beautiful mountains and party. We are getting together a dinner at Ruby Tuesdays also before the doors opean and will have more information coming later. | |

DebZeppelin...sorry to see that the DJ playing in between breaks wasn't to your liking...but we certainly understand that everyone has their own taste in music...will definitely be other get togethers in the future that may be more to your liking....thanks for wishing all good luck.

Posted: 7/7/2009 4:16:34 PM | That was their ad...When I was there I do not remember any hip hop. I think they pretty much play requests if they have it on breaks and do some talking to. They were very interactive and entertaining also. It is also a chance to go do other things a few minutes or talk because it is not very loud during the breaks. The band is totally awesome and it is well worth coming and meeting peopel and making new friends. I hope you come anyway! | |
