how it is even possible to
write a twelve verse poem
under by there reckoning of
four minutes
which is better than my
average I try to gun for of six
I never really had an answer to give
them to now
so now that I gave it some thought
I think it fitting and polite
if I gave you all some reasonings
I am oddly enough convinced
along the lines of,
though I do not know why
your guess being as good as mine
that since I am a love poet
I should be able to write a poem
in the amount of time
I figure it should take
to ask a girl out
if I can write twelve verses of love
to that very girl
in the amount of time it would take
me to ask her out
I suppose I am set
If you want to dare call me on the quality
Well I'll just simply and confidently
defend myself with
Writing poetry is like
asking a girl out
Once with enough experience
you become confident enough you
quite often succeed.
It is only because once you write enough
you can continue
because she,
no matter how many of them
there are
says that they are good
