Just wondered if anyone knows how I can delete previous threads I've posted. I've posted 2 other threads, and would like to delete them now, as I have the answers I'm looking for. Is there a way to delete my posts? Thanks! | |

On the screen you post on, right to the left of the button you used to post your thread it says
Anything you post can not be deleted
And they did really mean that.

so if you havent posted 5 nothing will appear on your profile untill you have, even if months or years later, also the thread that you made or posted too, will eventually die a natural death, unless someone thread searching ressurects it with their own post.
in essence dont worry about it.

The reports forum is protected
Not at the moment, they now show on the profile after the little hiatus when the original thread got deleted. Admin hasn't yet amended the replacement. Maybe he never will - it may stop the malicious reporting by people who felt secure in the anonymity, I suppose.
They do get deleted after the Mod has taken action, of course, so they aren't permanently on your internet record! | |

I'm confused!
Are you wanting to delete threads that you've created, or posts that you have made? The two are totally different things. | |

Posted: 7/4/2009 1:36:29 AM | msg6, not sure about that info, yes for a time a reporting members name appeared against the report, but looking at the report thread recently no names were assigned, wether or not it will appear on the reporters/reportees profile i couldnt say.
