| Why do people with no photos get to deny emails from people with no photos? Posted: 7/3/2009 7:12:26 PM | | I find this feature that allows people with no photos to demand photos of others full of hypocrisy. I have no problem with people that choose to post photos having the capacity to refuse emails from those that don't, but I would like to see this feature disabled for people that don't post photos, including me, because I for one would never expect something of another person that I was unprepared to give myself. | |

i'd also guess that most people feel the same, and suspect that those hypocrites get very little mail. so, i doubt it's necessary to disable the feature for them, as their selecting it likely dissuades potential matches from contacting them, anyway.

(As for me, I have finally remembered to bring my camera home from my shop. Now I need to find a spare data cable; My USB SD Card reader bit the dust earlier today!)

| Why do people with no photos get to deny emails from people with no photos? Posted: 7/5/2009 1:35:04 PM | | Why do people come on to a dating site and look for casual sex? What difference does it make? People can put whatever restrictions they want, if a smoker doesn't want to date a smoker, that's their prerogative, stupid and hypocritical as it may be. Just move on to the next profile. Whining to admin about it just makes you look childish and immature, IMO. | |

If I didn't think this would improve the site I wouldn't have posted it. As you have stated its our "perogative" to look for casual sex if we choose as it is offered by the website. It wouldn't be offered it if wasn't in demand. As far as dating goes, I have had dating profiles on here and the response from women is dismal, and I'm a good catch. You would have to be a guy reading the female dating profiles to see the very high expectations women have of men, some of them are hilarious. As such men look for IE as the basis for a potential mate. Its a wonderful way to start one.

...you see some really hilarious stuff, like the girl is looking for an intimate encounter but she blocks people that have emailed others for an intimate encounter. Falls under the category of, What were you thinking? or not thinking!
ROFL. Thank you for spelling out IE. And here I thought these people were looking for computer compatibility as in 'internet explorer'. I'm still wondering about activity partner. Is it safe to apply blissful ignorance there?
Just a little fishie...
On the photo issue, I feel they are simply choices and we all get to choose. :)
