But he is a bit stuffed up and im ok i think...Getting over a ex and problably used him at first to try and get over my ex.... But now im addicted and he is sort of weird at first i never let him stay over then i did the other week and then he acted like we had a thing and now he is sort of yeah i will come over or call and doesnt???? Dont no if im explaining this right but now i have feelings for him... i always have but i really like him and i showed him that and told him that... but first he like ill come over for dinner and didnt show then i told him i dont want to see him even as friends and then last night he message me saying sorry so i message him back and say i need to no were i stand and then he doesnt message me back then just now he messages me back well ill call you tomorrow im in ballarat.... Why do alll guys run away when a girl shows interest but then they keep us hanging on a thread...really why is it so hard to admit u guys like someone???????? Any opinions??? Hope i have explained it right | |

This is one reason why a guy will RUN! Women try to use to much force! im sorry but i think he used you, but he might not have and just needs time to think about where you do stand. Give him space, dont smother him, and dont use force to get what you want. | |

OP, I am somwhat confused also and I sure would not blame him for being confused.
It sounds as if it is a muddled message.
Take an hour and right down what you want to day. Put the final result in a greeting date, meet him in a pub, and give it to him. It would be best not to demand or criticize.
You have to show him where HE stands before he can show you. If you are "best mates" then where better to find a lover/companion?
After two years, take a chance and let him know the affection you feel one more time, and see if he can respond maturely. Because I think you have trouble admitting you like him as well. | |

He will be with you as much as he can....
If he wants you just for sex, he's not going to tell you that, because A: it creates too much drama, and B: while he may be willing to fcuk you, he doesn't want to hurt your feelings either....

He should feel bad letting you make dinner and not showing up.( You have good reason to be upset.) If he didn't like you he wouldn't be around. Don't give ultimatums it will blow up on you. If You say it is choice a or choice b, a man will add a third option called oh ya watch this.Could be subtle could be loud depends on the guy. What has your relationship been over these two years? Have you been telling each other who you have been dating or building a relationship?

You're asking if you can get a guy to show more interest ... the best way to do that is to let him know you're interested and then back off. Everything else just shows that you're interested ... and apparently you've already made up your mind on that.
You can throw yourself at him ... and that's fine. Folks do that every day. But, there's a half a chance that six months down the road, you'll discover that his interest level hasn't changed all that much.
And, not to be harsh, but you say "sorry didn't realize i was writing another essay for University ... " Well, hells bells, this is why they try to teach you in the university how to write essays ... so you can communicate in writing. Honestly, it wouldn't hurt if you raised the bar on your writing skills -- not to pass a test, but so people can understand what you're trying to say. | |
