First - you need a main picture that clearly shows your face. A distant pic like you have now does not look good in search results and will be passed up.
Like everyone says they are never good at this and the same is said for me.

I just became single about a year ago and i kinda do not know where or how to start the dating scene again. So ladies please bare with me. I am kinda shy at first but if i think that we can click then i am like an open book.

I do have kids and they do not live with me and just to make things clear i am not lookin for a mom for them as they alread have one.
Drop the part about "mom". You're implying that she's still in your life. Why would anyone here want to compete with the mother of your kids? Don't mention her at all. talk a little bit (and I do mean a little bit) about the kids... number, age, etc.
On that note you must know that my kids are my everything and the only they are all i have left so they are my number 1.
Here, you're telling women that they will always be #2, that they'll always be in the back seat. Everyone knows that your kids are important. Women will understand that. But when I see something like this in a woman's profile, I skip right on by... I'm dating to have fun, not to be drawn into an orbit around someone else's kids.
I work and i hold my own but after a year of being by myself i am getting lonley and am looking for some one to hang out with and chat with.

I am not into one night stands or anything like that so if that is what you are looking for please do not waste my time.
Lose it. Comes across as more negativity. Phrase that positively... say something about how you want a committed relationship, etc.
If you want to see a pic all you gotta do is ask. As long as u like kids then i am sure that we can get along fine.
Lose it. They already see your pics. And they know you have kids. If they didn't like kids, they'd already be gone.
