| I have a question about pictures Posted: 7/4/2009 12:44:21 PM | | The view-from-above, look-at-my-cleavage pictures. Unless I'm standing on a ladder looking down at you, I will never see you from that direction. Why post that shot? Most women I know dont like being treated like objects, are these ladies wanting to be trated as such? I just cant do that I dont know call me odd but, just show us your self from the front. | |

| I have a question about pictures Posted: 7/4/2009 12:48:03 PM | Well since most men are taller than women, maybe these women just wanted them to see the view they would see if they met? If you don't like seing the cleavage shots, my advice is DON'T LOOK | |
|
| I have a question about pictures Posted: 7/4/2009 12:52:02 PM | | I have a logical reason why one might do this...when taking photos...one's chin looks slimmer when the camera is above your eye level. I would hope that is why, but I suspect not ... | |

| I have a question about pictures Posted: 7/4/2009 1:25:29 PM | | They probably think that it is good bait and maybe they are looking for really tall men. I think people use it to slim themselves. | |

| I have a question about pictures Posted: 7/4/2009 1:33:45 PM | | i have a pic like that but im kinda tall so it kinda looks dumb when i do it from a normal angle...but like i said i do have one of those on my profile lol | |

| I have a question about pictures Posted: 7/4/2009 1:42:46 PM | It's very suggestive when you actually think about it. Although I give you points for not getting what it means.
It's the view you'd have if she were on her knees in front of you.

| I have a question about pictures Posted: 7/4/2009 2:32:46 PM | ^^^^ And how appropriate, that on July 4th, a thousand proverbial light bulbs just went on with Raiders answer. Followed by a collective. ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, slap! (as palms struck foreheads)

| I have a question about pictures Posted: 7/4/2009 2:49:05 PM | | I am always amazed when guys complain about cleavage shots. I mean really, whats the problem? They are not your girlfriend, you dont know them, you will never know them, so quit complaining cause I for one appreciate their efforts. | |

| I have a question about pictures Posted: 7/4/2009 3:21:16 PM | | Hah, ha! I have one of those....I like it. If you don't, by all means don't write me. Try taking one of yourself...you might learn to like it too! | |

| I have a question about pictures Posted: 7/4/2009 3:26:43 PM | The view-from-above, look-at-my-cleavage pictures - daddyof2boys Okay, from my point of view as someone who's very into photography, we are talking 2 seprate issues here. Cleavage & angle.
1) Cleavage is obvious, she knows you are a guy & that men like to look. She is attempting to catpure your attention long enough to get you to click on & hopefully read her profile. Fairly obvious, it ain't brain surgery, folks!
2) If taken with a real camera (digital or 35mm), then it is clearly intentional. More often I notice these angled shot (men do it too but opposite, from below so they took 7 feet tall).
It's very suggestive when you actually think about it. Although I give you points for not getting what it means.
It's the view you'd have if she were on her knees in front of you. - raiderfan18 Oh God, I feel like an idiot for not seeing that! raiderfan18 is absolutely right. My last husband used to find me cleaning the kitchen floor arousing & I just didn't get it, until he explained it to me

| I have a question about pictures Posted: 7/4/2009 3:31:23 PM | I'd like some Picasso-style shots here, that show on a two-dimensional surface all three dimensions of a woman, from all possible angles, including the inside angle.
Now, that would be something else. My only concern of the from-above shots is that it too conveniently gets rid of the double-chin... shame, cheat, lie. (I'm equally as guilty as anyone else of this. Not on my current pics, though.)

| I have a question about pictures Posted: 7/4/2009 3:32:57 PM | I am sorry but I question the manhood of all the cleavage haters.
I don't get it. I thought men liked boobies.
By the way dude, it is called the MySp*ce angle. It is slimming.
Raiderfan, you are naughty!

| I have a question about pictures Posted: 7/4/2009 4:28:23 PM | Because boobs rule !!
Sorry you never get that view in real life unless on a ladder...shame.
Now check threads for this and why guys take pics with phones in front of mirrors.

| I have a question about pictures Posted: 7/4/2009 4:45:04 PM | They want to you see that clear, deep line, right between their boobies.
I forget the proper term for it? The line between the boobs?
My mind is blank.

| I have a question about pictures Posted: 7/4/2009 5:04:44 PM | Raider, you totoally caught me off-guard with that one. Love it!
Truth OP is that women (just like men) are on here to sell themselves and cleavage shots work. Don't believe, just check out how many favorites lists they're on. Trust me - this isn't rocket science.

| I have a question about pictures Posted: 7/5/2009 12:19:33 AM | | I think it makes people look thinner when seen from above. The boobage is just to distract you from the fact that you can't see the rest of her body. | |
