Posted: 7/4/2009 2:21:04 PM | Your main pic should be of just you. It should be a clear, recent head shot, no hats, no sunglasses, etc. And you ought to be smiling. Save the group photos for the "extras".

Lose it. Nobody is looking for liars and cheaters. Mentioning that stuff is negativity. It leaves the impression that you've only been able to attract liars and cheaters, which leaves women wondering, "Why can't he find a decent girl? I am. Maybe they know something I'm not seeing. Oh well, I'll just check out the other 500 emails in my inbox." | |

Posted: 7/4/2009 2:23:24 PM | hehehe, you are looking for a nice girl you say (aren't all girls nice?? at least in their own opinion?) also, you're not sure what kind of girl you are looking for (is this a supermarket?) but she can't drink too much and she should have piercings or tattoos, which tells me you have a bit of an idea what kind of girls you'd fall for.
Also the negativity, never use the word 'hate'in a profile, and it's also not a very good idea to talk about people who cheated on you etc. You're done with driving home in the middle of the night, you are a homeboy but you like outdoor activities, you are contradicting yourself in some ways. A 'sarcastic'personality also doesn't sound very appealing.
I'm not talking about you as a person but I'm talking about what you've written down. Maybe you could make it a bit more coherent, I liked the first bit of your profile about your work ;-) shows you have a sense of humour, maybe instead of sarcastic you could say that you have a dark sense of humour or something like that.

Posted: 7/4/2009 2:49:30 PM | Thanks for the comments. I'll rearrange the pics around so my main profile pic is of just me. I gotta upload better shots of me and im not photogenic >_<
Maybe this needs to be worded differently because I do consider myself a homebody but i love to go camping, go on hikes, play a game of pool/bowling. Maybe i see myself as a homebody because i rarely get chances to do these things. The drinking at parties and at bars is something I'd like to be completely done with except for special events: New years, Christmas eve etc...
I read my profile right after i made this topic and i gotta agree with K. I was thinking "wait...my last sentences DOES show what kind of girl im looking for". But I decided to wait for the critics to roll around and go from there. :) | |
