Yeah, I keep getting ignored when I message people. My typical message is something along the lines of:


Hey,

You look interesting, wanna chat?


Is it something to do with that or my profile?

I'm being just honest with my critique:

1) Do you have another picture, because I'm just "feeling" the sportscoat (with tag still attached) over a t-shirt motiff.

2) That has to be the absolute *worst* e-mail that you can send. It's about one step below attaching a picture of you with your **** in your hand. Seriously. Generic e-mails suck! What you do is read someone's profile and make an e-mail response that caters to some of the interests in their profile.

You might want to read the two threads attached to the top of this board.

Sorry man I have to agree with the sun devil here. That mail sucks.
Try asking them something about the profile, If you know how to flirt with them. Use humor. But never ever say stuff like that.

Ugh. Don't care for this profile at all. Even if I were younger, I wouldn't take a look at it. You've got to change that picture and add some more. "Every girl is special in her own way"? Come on! You've got to come up with something better than that. It sounds so cliche' and isn't going to attract someone to read your profile. You don't say anything in there that may attract a female to you. Include some things that a woman would want to do too. Also, don't call us girls. Good grief. It's so immature.

I've gotten those before, and my reply is always "um, really?" - I don't care how beautiful the woman is, if she leads in with that? No. Just No.
