i tried looking around for people that just want a casual encounter but those are fwe and far between.
i am nervous about getting into a relationship at the moment as the wounds from my divorce are still there.

This first time is hard to get out of the way, no question. Decide what is best for you, a random encounter or a relationship. After 15 months though man, you should have some closure and healing should be progressing. If it isn't, talk to a therapist (no judgement, we all heal at different rates). | |

i didnt even really notice till about 4 years ago, as i got hit with a massive ammount of emotional trauma in the year after my daughter was born that took a looooong time to come out of. but seeing as i'm not an easy lay, and i have about no luck with the womens, i forsee myself going to my daughter's wedding before i ever even get laid again.

If I take on a partner, whether it is in a "committed" relationship or just for play, it is just one person. I am also a Scorpio so it kinda sucks because am a very sensual person. But I don't let that rule my life. There are other important things than having to find someone to share my bed with. I guess a lot of people really do have a different perspective on sex than I do.
Since I first had sex I think the longest I have gone without was two months. Maybe 3 some time in University...but since I never had a semester that I didn't have sex, I am not sure about that.
Somewhere between two and three months.
If you enjoy sex....why would you go so long without it? I get cranky after a week, and really annoyed after two. Last time I went more than 4 weeks without sex.....I couldn't tell you. How long are you supposed to hold off after child birth?
