i have gotten messages from girls saying it took them a a while to message me because they were nervous or they thought i was too out of their league but wanted to give it a shot after a long internal debate.
please tell me what you think about me and my profile and dont sugar coat it i want your answers to be brutally honest
i have been told that i'm too perfect (in context of having a long term relationship that will end in marriage) its like seeing your perfect match but your afraid of rejection
i dono if that paints a clear enough picture of what kind of intimidating i'm talking about
not as "Pitch Blease"described "Holy $hit!!!!! are you frightening.!!!! Jeez, warn a gal next time.
You mean like that? You're no Freddy Krueger. Maybe similar to the puppet from Saw, but I liked him. He made me laugh. I feel he is my soulmate. But I digress. "

| am i intimidating???? Posted: 7/10/2009 7:56:54 AM | Dude, your profile is not at all intimidating, well at least for adults, children maybe. You are by no measure perfect, and 'too perfect'? Yeah right. Again, who are these messages coming from, your alter ego?
However, there is a line in your profile that I hate to see in any profile - 'I am brutally honest'. Now why would anyone be such a jerk to think being brutally honest is a good thing and then brag about that? Whatever happened to being tactful or just keeping your mouth closed, why can’t one just use a bit of intelligence and restraint instead of brutality? When is being ‘brutally’ anything a good thing? It is just a crude tool and for the social and psychological hindered.
I see nothing intimidating, just a hefty helping self importance which is in and of it's self a turn off or maybe to some intimidating. Then again, your lower case 'i's are quite telling of an underlying feeling of .... but then again I am not your target group.

| am i intimidating???? Posted: 7/10/2009 5:36:40 PM | i dont have an alter ego. these are real messages that i have been getting and things i have been told i wanted other peoples opinions
why would anyone be such a jerk to think being brutally honest is a good thing and then brag about that not bragging, just warning for those who cant handle real honesty.
your lower case 'i's are quite telling of an underlying feeling of .... ???? what does that mean i dont use uper-case "i"s 99.9% of the time. i see it pointless. does it really make that much of a difference?

| am i intimidating???? Posted: 7/10/2009 7:19:44 PM | Dude..these women who are sicing you like this must be lame chicks with little to no self esteem.
To be brutally honest, I find your profile to be rather boring.
You need to spice it up a bit my friend, tell a little more about yourself and don't be so vague.
Also, before saving your text, you might want to do a spell check.
Good luck with the ladies!

| am i intimidating???? Posted: 7/11/2009 12:48:13 AM | thanks for your honesty
when it comes to spell checking, i did. the only things i left alone were the "doesnt"s and the "i'm". what did i spell wrong?
|
| am i intimidating???? Posted: 7/11/2009 10:37:06 AM | | The word "really", it's spelled "rally" in your profile..which spellcheck probably wouldn't of caught since that really is a word. | |

| am i intimidating???? Posted: 7/17/2009 7:21:35 AM | | ur profile isnt intimidating at all. i think all these are looking for someone who honest but not that honest. Quite frankly i think being "brutally" honet or jus plain honest is ok. I jus dont understand some of us women, we say we want a man that doesnt lie but then start bullying one when u find 1 | |

i have noticed that a lot. its really confusing. if i want someone honest and i find one, i'm not going to change my mind and say i want a honesty under some conditions.
maybe i'm just weird | |

| am i intimidating???? Posted: 7/18/2009 6:30:00 PM | I have seen pictures of butterflys on flowers that are more intimidating then you or your dang profile. You seem to be either obssesed with the thought of women being intimidated, or blowing yourself because one girl used the intimidation line to mask the real reason she wasnt interested.
This is two forum threads that you have now posted....and before we see a third...YOU ARE NOT INTIMIDATING....TO ANYONE.
Write it down, and remember it.
