| Name Richard Bach's book where a prophet burned his scriptures Posted: 7/11/2009 4:29:32 PM | In the book, Richard and Leslie were traveling through a maze of parallel worlds, landing in different places. At one of their landings, they met a prophet who just saw his holy book magically appear out of thin air. The prophet then proceeded to burn the book. When asked why, he explained that this holy book will have the same fate as all holy books before it: it will cause wars, death and destruction.
What novel is it? I've only read it in Russian translation. | |
