Can I suggest a few things: You need 6 - 12 months to organize something like this and give people a chance to save up and make appropriate arrangements. Also, post something on the New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware Forums directing them to this thread. I think that would help drive interest. You may want to put out a feeler for just a Friday to Sunday at a nice hotel in Florida. The Carribean may be too pricey and seem like too much of a comittment to do with people you don't know.
