Either set a theme, or wear what reflects you the most, while meeting Plenty of Fish, and still remaining anonymous unless you feel so inclined to share. Halloween is a fun time for all, and alot of fun to put together. San Francisco has many areas to checkout, and is easier to travel to for those without transportation.
