Posted: 8/21/2009 7:24:33 AM I have sold my home and on a recent inspection, active termites were found in one stud on an exterior wall of the garage. Now, of course, they must be treated. Can anyone tell me if they have had to have this done recently and give me information on who in Omaha is the most reasonable that is licensed.
