Posted: 8/30/2009 6:04:47 AM | Hey, I grew up in Maine and now live only 20 minutes away from the state border. So I know exactly where you're coming from!
Don't know where you're located, but where I grew up in Central Maine it took until mid-day for the Boston newspapers to arrive. And, man, try to get a meal after 8 p.m. -- never mind a social life!
Hope the state is treating you well so far. It will change so much after Labor Day, when the summer crowd goes home. Then beware the Leaf Peepers in October! :) | |
