...the user who show up in your "Check out who viewed you" menu?? After all, there's no way that can possibly continue to list EVERYONE who's looked at your profile over the number of days, weeks, months you might be on the site, right? (there could be dozens, certainly hundreds of people if you're an attractive girl).

At the very least, it'd be a lot easier for you to keep track of those who you really want to know more about...

I dont believe so.

True but it only shows a couple pages. So its the last 2 pages that really show except the top line. And yes for some one popular it could be hundreds in even the last day. It shows only the most recent 2 pages. Its only meant as a peak at who viewed ya. And hoestly tons may view you with no interest, They can view you for 2 seconds and run away and show on that list and never read your profile. Viewing you really is not showing interest.

At the very least, it'd be a lot easier for you to keep track of those who you really want to know more about

Use favorites to track people. You control that. Viewed me changes constantly it was never meant for your purpose to track people.

Good luck

there is an option in mail settings, it is in the first settings box near top....[Allow a user to see that I viewed their profile] is the statement you look for, click for yes or no.

yes = the public can tell if you have viewed them
no = you will not show up on some elses viewed list

note 1)....after changing, remember to update or changes wont take place

note 2)...by opting for this setting, you will also lose ability for one of the searches

note 3)...does it work the other way round? hit and miss.....when i pick option no the views same to tail off, but the odd one or two get thru...when i pick yes, i get to see more of who viewed me.

by clicking for no option, you will get less views by default as the other member wont be clicking back.

if you dont want views at all, best option is go stealth and go hidden, then browse profiles and mail.

Your last option suggests "go stealth and go hidden". Is there a setting that will not alert people that I am on line. Sometimes I'd rather not be known to be on line. Thank you.

About a third of the way down the page of the above URL, are the hide profile directions.

You should note that if you have someone on your favorite's list, or if you are on theirs, they will be able to see when you are online and when you were last online.
