You can change your password on your Profile/Edit page.
This is what my message said:
We have disabled imeem/music on this site as spammers where trying to access peoples accounts with it. For your own safety change your plentyoffish password now!
I changed mine.

BigFish is the owner of this website and if he has recommended you to change your password I'd do it.
