I personally love the fact I don't need to carry a gallon of water around in 95 degree heat. Living in a state that has all 4 seasons is great, but autumn is definitely my favorite.

| Favorite Autumn activity in Michigan Posted: 9/16/2009 7:38:31 AM | | My favorite autumn activity is going out on the youth hunt with my youngest son and sharing in the excitement with any of my sons when they finally bag their buck. It doesn't get any better than that EXCEPT watching the youngest play football. Love the evening games when you go in a tshirt and by time the game is over you're wrapped in a blanket. | |

I also love anything Halloweenish, from Haunted houses, haunted hayrides, haunted forests, to going on a personal quest to find that perfect pumpkin.. and carving it

All those guys are out in the woods male bonding, and all their girlfriends are at the bar looking to have some fun. Yahoo!

Love to get away for a day or two up north or just biking locally. Buying pumpkins, gourds, cider, apples at local orchard or roadside stand, its the best! "Indian summer" my fave weather season, why can't it last all through winter.....oh yeah, that would be Tennessee or Kentucky, doggone it Sigh...why can't we be like a 3 season porch here??

| Favorite Autumn activity in Michigan Posted: 9/27/2009 10:02:39 PM | I was just kidding. I was trying to save Bambi by making the hunters nervous about what was going on back at home, while they were sitting out there in the woods.
I really like everything about fall from the cool (not cold) weather to they hayrides, cider mills, haunted houses, bonfires and Halloween. Only drawback is my asthma really gives me problems in the fall.

| Favorite Autumn activity in Michigan Posted: 9/28/2009 12:56:05 PM | | I can ditto that halloween statement; It's my favorite day of the year and I can't wait till it's here. I started decorating yesterday. Last year I did a haunted garage; this year I have to tone it down a bit though. Bummer. I have smaller yard now. Love the fall colors too, and the smell in the air...uummmm | |

| Favorite Autumn activity in Michigan Posted: 10/4/2009 6:19:41 PM | | Love the smell of the crisp air in my nose and the leaves crunching under foot. I enjoy riding quads and now is the time of year when it is more comfortable and you don't ride with your shirt stuck to your chest because it is so hot. I love halloween too, last year my sons hid outside in costume to scare the local trick or treaters....only 3 showed up to my house! LOL | |

| Favorite Autumn activity in Michigan Posted: 11/7/2009 12:23:56 PM | | I love fall color, the first apples and cider of the season and Halloween. I don't love raking leaves or cleaning gutters or wearing 6 layers of clothes, unless you are at Michigan Stadium. | |
