DIRECTIONS;
From the WEST
M275, at end stay in inside lane [DO NOT go over flyover to city centre and IOW ferries] and follow signs for North End (2nd exit on roundabout) into KINGSTON CRESCENT, At End (T Junction & Traffic Lights) Turn RIGHT. Pub is 300-400 yards along on RIGHT (Next to TEXACO Garage).
From the EAST
From the A27, (Follow signs for M27 Portsmouth M275) enter Portsmouth via M275 then follow directions above, for WEST

I really wouldnt worry about your age group .. the're are loads of people that attend in all different age ranges .. if you still have some concerns bring along a couple of your mates as well .. after all this meet is just a social night down the pub, and definitely NOT a singles meat market pick up joint.
Looking forward to another great night down the G&D

As far as trains/buses are concerned... train is probably the best, check times online especially for last train back... and get off at Fratton rather than Portsmouth & Southsea.
Once you get off at fratton, either turn left out of the station and then turn right and walk for about 20 mins (pub is about 200 yds past 4th set of main traffic lights you walk past, near Texaco garage) or better still grab a cab prob about £3.50 from station for a standard hackney or you could ring Aqua cabs on 023 92666666 and book a private hire cab to meet you at the station which would be a bit cheaper.
