| how long??? Posted: 9/30/2009 9:28:56 PM | How long does it take to get over a past love?
I have been wondering this for some time now. How long does it take to get over a past love, past interest, past someone special??? I can't stop thinking of how special that last someone was and how special she was! I can't forget how well her hand fit into mine. I can't forget how big her ring finger was on mine(for instance her ring finger was as big as the first knuckle of my pinky)! Or the size of her foot in my hand when I gave her a foot rub. Or how her shoulders fit between my thumb and forefinger . How long does it take to forget how her shoulder felt when it rubbed against mine. How long does it take to forget the small things???

You control your thoughts, so don't say "I can't stop thinking" uh, yes, you can. Thought of her comes into mind, think of something else. Get a hobby, a project, friends who don't know the ex to hang out with. You never move on if you don't choose to- its that simple.
(And of course, you're never going to find any girl better than her if you keep thinking about her, as no self respecting woman will date a guy still moping over an ex. Ick.)

Captain, very true about your last sentance!

Why do you need to forget a love if it was love? There are loves i will never forget but i don't pine for them nor would i ever consider living with them.

| how long??? Posted: 10/4/2009 3:29:47 PM | Oh let me see. it takes about ummm , 5 days or 5 hours. Who the heck knows? I won't forget my loves, if I had any. But then again what is love? Most of the time I feel like saying I love you to a man is when he's making me feel good! Maybe I'm weird but I don't think I have found love yet . | |
