My inbox messages have all disappeared. I got a letter a few days ago and went to reply to it today...and poof! It wasn't there anymore. How long do messages stay in one's inbox?

20 days. Although if the sender blocked you or had their account deleted the messages disappear with the account.

It seems the 20-day rule has been changed. Here is an excerpt from a message admin sent to me October 1, 2009 regarding a related matter (the Next link was missing from my Sent msg page) : The message was older than 14 days - all messages are deleted after 14 days so if you wish to archive any messages, you will have to copy/paste them into a word document that you can save on your hard drive.

This has been in the 'help' section for awhile now, even though messages were still being retained for 20 days. Makes me wonder if this has finally been implemented? 5. Messages older than 14 days will be auto-deleted by the system to save space. If you wish to keep messages in the future, you can copy-paste them into a word processing document on your computer.

I have emails older then 14 days currently in my inbox. So it is not 14 days. Lets assume it is still 20 for now. Cowboy
