| Email Stats and Canned Reponses

I wish there were canned responses as well that would save writing a thanks but we're not compatible. Also if each person had a rating given for their percentage of responses it might encourage people to respond to emails more frequently. | |

Posted: 10/5/2009 1:27:46 AM | 1. Re stats - gee, what do you want for nothing? Disagree; that's as bad as having favs displayed. Too invasive of privacy. Besides, sometimes there are good reasons members may choose not to respond, eg if an email is offensive in some way. It would be unfair to have stats affected when there are legitimate reasons for ignoring the writer. 
2. Re canned responses - you telling us you're so popular that it's too much work to knock out a polite thank you? Have a text file handy with your own customised canned responses - then you can copy & paste exactly what you want - easy peasy.
