| How to impress an older lady? Posted: 10/7/2009 8:28:14 AM | Be nice and polite and don't talk about sex unless she brings it up.
If you are going to a restaurant, to impress her pick up the check and leave a 15% tip for the waiter. Also, when she sits down, holding the back of her chair for her as she sits is very impressive, and holding doors for her. Act a bit as though you are making sure she has everything she wants and is happy.
Otherwise I agree, be yourself.

| How to impress an older lady? Posted: 10/7/2009 8:30:48 AM | | HAHAHA you are 26 and she is late 40's I presume? You need not do anything but show up, LOL | |

| How to impress an older lady? Posted: 10/7/2009 8:33:28 AM | I agree with all the other ladies on here.. be yourself..dress casually, and from my own personal point of view its really lovely when a guy opens car doors, pulls out chairs etc etc. Hope it all goes well for you both | |

| How to impress an older lady? Posted: 10/7/2009 8:35:48 AM | You ask your mom what she likes? You bring your rich dad with you?
OP it's only coffee. Just go and sip slowly. Be yourself.

| How to impress an older lady? Posted: 10/7/2009 9:05:07 AM | Hugs are a nice ice breaker. Walking anywhere you should offer her your arm. & Good Manners Never Go Out Of Style. Just act like it's a date with a "Babe" & not your Mom or one of her friends. Us "Mature" ladies hate it when someone ask, "Is this your son?" So, treat her like a sexy lady but Not like a potential date rape. You two have some kind of spark going if your past the emails & on to the date. Good luck & have fun.

| How to impress an older lady? Posted: 10/7/2009 9:16:56 AM | Whatever you do, never say "You remind me of my mom" or anything like that. And if you kiss, don't think about your mom.

| How to impress an older lady? Posted: 10/7/2009 9:42:38 AM | carefree.....
iv been rolling my eyes for the last 15 minutes.....my god what a donk
it does not matter what age a guy is if i would have to do all the work, i would just get up and leave.
i did not look at your profile for your age, but i think its time to grow up
rolling eyes again | |

| How to impress an older lady? Posted: 10/7/2009 9:49:50 AM | You mention her age, so it's an issue for you.
This may not be a good idea.
The only time I have had a successful interaction with younger men (and by younger, I mean more like 10 years, not 20) is when they truly didnt notice the age difference.
Sorry, but I don't think you'll get anything more than a fling out of it. Guard your heart and keep your head.

| How to impress an older lady? Posted: 10/7/2009 9:58:21 AM | Actually, carefree is a self-proclaimed nice guy in his profile. LOL He is young and immature. So, whatever.
OP, I agree with the majority. Be yourself and things should go fine. I would guess she is nervous too. Best of Luck!!! And have fun!

| How to impress an older lady? Posted: 10/7/2009 10:15:08 AM | and what would be the downside?
Many young men pursue older women looking for a fling and then become emotionally attached when they did not expect to. The woman in question has taken what she wanted and moved on.
I feel a bit of an obligation to warn those who are less worldly.
