So ever since Carson Palmer got hurt during the Shitsburgh Steelers game a couple of years ago, every year is supposed to be their year to win it all. I think we are getting better but the Bengals are really the only pro team that I follow so what do you guys think about them??? BTW....we beat Shitsburgh this year so I really don't care how we do the rest of the year lol

It is kinda nice to have them winning this year. But, Chad Johnson was so much better than Chad Ochocinco

Yes there were a lot of Bengals fans at the Baltimore game. Didn't you see them? They were all wearing striped shirts.

If they keep winning, there's gonna be more and more of them...just like every other team.

I'm not sure how many other penalties were called, but the last two that I did see were legit--at least as far as a flag being thrown. Ray Lewis led with his helmet on a defenseless receiver. After Boldin that will get called everytime, especially if Chad's helmet pops off the way it did. I don't care how overthrown that ball is.

The pass interference call should have been defensive holding, as the bump and run coverage went at least 10 yards deep and the defender wouldn't let Chad cut into his route, but either way it's still a penalty that moves the chains.

I understand your frustration, though, especially after the gift-wrapped penalties in Foxboro.

Ray lewis didn't lead with his helmet, that was a clean hit. Furthermore Chad even came out and said to the commish please don't fine Ray Lewis for that last hit. So I mean if you got the guy that got hit saying that to the guy that hit him, then obv Chad had no problem with it.

^^^Ray Lewis and Chad are good friends. That's probably why he went to the commissioner. It looked like Lewis lead with his head by the way there was the helmet to helmet contact.

Well either way i had a hissy fit.LOL. Moving on, now to Minnesota to take on Favre and the undefeated vikings. This game kind of has special meaning to me. One night at a family Christmas party after i had played Madden my cousin said "Hey the Ravens are playing." i had never seen them play before (Except on the video game.) They absolutely slaughtered the Packers. That was a sign that this was my team. Then the next week they beat the Vikings on Monday night football. This game will be a combination of the first two games I ever saw the ravens play.

Yeah but a helmet skoochie can come off just by giving someone a good legal hit especially when you dont' tighten your chin strap like some players tend not to do for whaever the reason. The call that was in question was regarding was it a late hit at the end of the play. I didn't think it was a late hit.

^^^Oh. I didn't think it was a late hit either. I thought it was an unnecessary roughness call due to helmet to helmet contact. Ooops. Guess I shouldn't be vacuuming during the game.

Bengals killed the Bears yesterday. Anyone in Denver still thinking that trading Cutler for Orton was still a bad trade?

Who Dey! The next couple games will be tough for them. Ravens at home then Steelers away. I think those games will determine whether or not Cincy is a legit playoff team.

I agree if they can get past the Raven's and Steelers again then yeah they are def be considerd a major player in the AFC this year and they really can't afford to lose not with the AFC north so packed together like that well except for the Browns who ever plays them in out divsion is basicly like having a bye week.

I was a big fan last Sunday- but only because they were beating the bears. My next concern will be when they play the Vikings, again rooting for the orange and black. After that, I'll be hoping for them to lose the superbowl to the Packers.

SteelCity-I can't believe how weak the Browns look. They couldn't even get ONE sack against the Packers, who were on a pace to set the record for most allowed in a season. Can't pass, can't run, can't defend either. Maybe their punt returns are good but they'd have to force some to find out.

Well the only thing that is hurting the bengals is the secondary unit and the offensive line but we will be hurting alot on the defensive line because our sack leader is out for the remainder of the season.

I can they continue to hire the wrong coaches. Speaking of the Browns they just fired their GM today.

Butch Davis was the only decent coach the Browns have had since they returned to Cleveland in 99. Hell he was the only coach since then to get them to the playoffs.
