Posted: 10/13/2009 8:34:13 AM | Just wondering what people think of my profile because I get lots of people looking but pretty much no responses. I can take the criticism so please be honest. I believe I have lots to offer someone but just can not seem to find interested women.

Posted: 10/13/2009 8:54:07 AM | Truthfully, the bullet point method made it impossible for me to get through--I just became bored and gave up. It would read much better if you put it into a paragraph style. Also, try to jazz it up a bit (which would be easier in paragraph form): add some humor, if possible, put some personality into it instead of just a list of facts. Help her get to know you through your description of yourself by what you say, how you say it, and what you don't say. Try to alter your sentences a bit (starting each one with "I" becomes monotonous quickly).
Remember--there are a lot of fishies in this particular sea. You need to let women know how you are different from all the rest. This advice holds for your initial contact of them as well--don't let your e-mail be just like the rest that they will get during their day or they won't take the time to check you out. Let them know you actually read their profiles, comment on things you have in common, let your personality shine. If you send the same "Hey, you're hot. Let's chat" message that 50 other men sent her that day, she will delete and move on.

First let me say I am no expert
Some of your pictures have facial hair (i have read girls dont like this however i think it looks good)
your paragraph is BORRING as shit and contains some usless information
- My name is Taylor.
- I am German, Romanian and Russian.
- I love movies (especially action, cartoons and vampire movies).
(cartoons seem childish but hey I love them too)
- I am a very nice, down to earth and trustworthy person.
(good to know so is every other guy on this site and we all know that is not true)
- Hobbies include playing sports (vball, bball, golf, snowboard, ultimate frisbee, etc), weight lifting, running, going out for drinks every now and then, photography and also just hanging out and watching movies.
(OMG a borring list in a borring list)
- I like women who are active and energetic like me and also enjoy the smaller things in life.
(Not many people are as active as you you could be limiting your self here)
- I don’t drink coffee or other energy drinks because I already have more then enough energy as it is.
(Not sure about this i would probably change it to do not "normally" unless your looking for some one who does not drink caffenee as well or your not willing to have a coffee date)
- I am almost always up by 9am no matter what time I went to bed the night before.
(Dam it me too however you just aliannated a large number of girls)
Finally your looking for HANG OUT which most girls read as NSA sex. You seem like a nice guy I would change it to dating, friends, or long term. depending what your looking for | |

Not a bad profile really. Here are some observations for you to consider though:
-Some of your profile should be done in paragraph form, like you're narrating a story rather than reading off a list like in a college lecture.
-Try to add some humor, your profile is informative but very dry.
-You talk about faithfulness and a partner, but your advertising just for 'hang out' ?
-Add more pictures. The main one is nice if it didn't look like you were cutting out the girls face. Get a similar photo where you don't have crop someone out of it.
-Show off the photography skills.
-You talk a lot about you, but not much about what you are looking for. Give her a clue that she might the one for you.

Very good job on the revisions!! Looks way better.
Just a few points:
-Work on getting a few more pics of yourself - the lightening pic is cool though, keep that.
-take this out >>"I have been on the receiving end of unfaithfulness and know how horrible it feels." Don't talk about your baggage.
-hot tub for a first date 'might' be a little forward ? Something a little more creative here maybe?

Posted: 10/13/2009 11:20:19 AM | Just one thing - you're not supposed to post shirtless pictures, and the really dark ones or the one where you look sad - what's the point of those?
And don't wait to be approached, you start the contact with women you find by searching on here for ones nearby. It's POF, don't be a passive "poster" - that doesn't work here any better than being passive in person does!
