It could mean either or both. You won't know for sure until the second date. If she refuses the date altogether it meant she wasn't into you. If she kisses you (or better!) on the second date, it was just that she really didn't kiss on the first date. Either way, patience is rewarded. Don't try to read so much into things, we women aren't really that complicated.

(Sometimes you can't tell whether the physical attraction is there until you kiss) Some people take longer to get to know or feel close to. (Sometimes these slow moving ones can be the best!!) So no kiss on the first date doesn't mean a thing unless, like was mentioned earlier, you don't see a second date. Then you need to get the hint. | |
