Length of time - depends on how fast you run, or if you get caught! wa ha ha ha....

That would be a good thing because then I will be able to find the way out instead of getting lost and wandering around all night calling out to people to rescue me.... 
EDIT: I don't think it will be that long, though - 15 minutes max and 5 min minimum. Its the wow factor more than anything else. I don't know if it is worth it or not because I haven't been before - that's why I wanted to go! lol | |

I figure we will meet at a little lounge between there and the city parkade (waiting to see if they can accomodate us) or Starbucks if we are not too many...and I will post THAT location as soon as I hear back from them.
Yikes - the blind following the blind....let's hope all the zombies stay home lol

What *exactly* will we gentle, vulnerable, sensitive, and loving individuals be involved in as per "activity"?
I scare easily (ask my sons) and I don't want to damage anyone's eardrums screaming.
Is this place close to the Tapas Bar? My dinner happens at 6 pm.
If I eat fast (not good), run to this venue (also not good on a full stomach), participate by having the bejeezuz scared outta me hoping I don't throw up (from eating fast and running on a full stomach and FEAR) will I have FUN??? LOL | |

Posted: 10/15/2009 10:12:20 PM | Perfect timing! Perfect! The Tapas Bar is the nearest restaurant! We might even meet there, depending on how many we have. We will meet at 7:30 p.m. and go later maybe 8:30 maybe 8, maybe 9 - it depends on the other venues. It will be fairly short depending on line up - DRESS WARMLY - and we will go for drinks after too. You actually might make this one too!

Posted: 10/15/2009 10:45:20 PM | Trounce Alley is located in between Yates and View St. It runs from Broad down to Government. Easy to find... Go where the old A+B Sound used to be on Yates, then turn onto Broad St. There's a few good places to hang out on Broad St like Serious Coffee which has a big sitting area, unlike Starbucks which only has a few seats.
Sorry I can't come. But been on the tour before, but trust me... it's worth it! | |

Just a comment It seems to me that all the events planned in the Victoria area are either at or starting at a pub. I do not drink alcohol & have been hesitant to join any of the events so far because of this. Is it possible to have more events based around something other than drinking & pubs? | |

Posted: 10/16/2009 8:11:45 PM | Yup. Check out how to host events, pick something you would like to do that does not involve drinking and post it. That way you will find like-minded people like yourself to hang out with.
That is what I do - find something I like to do (drink) pick a spot (pub) and then find an excuse to go (golly I hope I don't have to choose EXERCISING again  )
The system automatically sends you a reminder note if you are signed up. But ...this event is planned for tomorrow so ...is your memory worse than mine girl?
